Job Role - Senior/ Sales Executive

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Actively promote and sell Ashwini Homes’ projects to potential buyers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate and present property features, benefits, and value propositions.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer preferences.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.

Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial deals.
• Facilitate the closing process and provide necessary support to clients throughout the transaction.
